The Space

Our three-bedroom safari tent lies in a hectare of land on the banks of the Rio Alva and sleeps six people comfortably. The river beach Ronquiera is only 50 metres away and the sandyr iver beach da Cascalheira is across the river 200m away.

The safari tent is equipped with a kitchen, with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, hand blender, coffee machine and crockery. The dining area is suitable for the whole family, but during the warm summer months you can also sit outside on the veranda on a picnic bench. The luxurious bathroom has a toilet, sink and a real hammam rain shower. You can also make use of our pool and deck chairs to cool down in those warm summer days.

If you aren't in the mood for cooking your own meals and fancy local Portuguese cuisine, a restaurant lies across the road serving home-made hearty Portuguese meals. Another restaurant is around 200 metres away across the river, while at the river beach 50 metres away there is a bar serving cold drinks perfect for that hot Portuguese summer.
